NSF & UL Compliant Designs
Every platform is engineered to NSF sanitary and UL electrical standards as a baseline — not an option.
Equipment · DPS Stainless Steel Systems
DPS designs and manufactures stainless steel process equipment for automated cleaning, batch cooking, bulk storage, mixing, and product marination — engineered for sanitary production where repeatability, cleanability, and uptime are non-negotiable.

The Four Families
Each platform can be configured to match required capacity, agitation, utilities, and controls — so new and existing lines can be supported with a consistent, controls-ready architecture.
100 – 5,000 GAL
Modular clean-in-place systems for automated cleaning of process vessels, lines, and filling equipment.
— 02200 – 1,000 GAL
Jacketed kettles for batch heating, cooking, and mixing of liquid and semi-liquid products.
— 03500 – 25,000 GAL
Vertical stainless tanks for storage, staging, and mixing of ingredients and finished product.
— 04500 – 5,000 LB
Vacuum-capable tumblers for consistent flavor distribution and product conditioning.

— PLATFORM 01
Modular clean-in-place systems designed for automated cleaning of process vessels, lines, and filling equipment. Configurable tank, circuit, and valve packages support a wide range of sanitary cleaning applications without compromising on uptime or repeatability.

— PLATFORM 02
Jacketed kettles for batch heating, cooking, and mixing of liquid and semi-liquid products. Mixing, control, and cooling options allow each unit to be tailored to specific recipes and process requirements — from sauces and bases to dairy and soup stocks.

— PLATFORM 03
Vertical stainless tanks for storage, staging, and mixing of ingredients and finished product. Multiple agitation and certification options support both general service and high-sanitary applications across food, beverage, and dairy environments.

— PLATFORM 04
Marination tumblers designed for consistent flavor distribution and product conditioning. Configurable vacuum, cooling, and material-handling accessories support a range of protein and prepared-food applications — from whole-muscle injection recipes to marinade-forward finished products.
Program Highlights
Every DPS equipment package is engineered around a shared set of sanitary baselines — so procurement, quality, and operations teams can standardize specification and reduce approval cycles.

Plan Your Next Step
Compare an equipment platform with its process engineering requirements, not capacity alone. Define the product duty, cleaning method, utility conditions, controls boundary, installation access, and evidence needed for acceptance.
Use the utility demand matrix and commissioning evidence register to prepare the interfaces around a purchase. The manufacturing scenarios pillar connects those decisions with expansion, relocation, and product adaptation; published project cases provide additional scope context.
Discuss your equipment boundary and open interface questions through the project inquiry form.
Solution
Connect production and cleaning demand with the utility systems that support them, before selecting equipment or committing to a plant modification.
